Sign up issues
When trying to sign up, you might encounter:
- A blank screen

- An error message that says:“Something went wrong. Please contact support@biorender.com.”
These issues are often resolved by using a VPN, especially if you’re located in Asia.
How to resolve signup issues using a VPN:
- Download a VPN if you don’t already have one.
- Turn on your VPN.
- Refresh the sign up page.
- Try signing up again.
Log in issues
If you’ve previously logged in but are now having trouble, try the following steps:
- Reset your password. See this article on how to reset your password.
- Update Google Chrome. Ensure your browser is up to date. For help, see this guide on updating Chrome.
- Use Incognito Mode. Open an Incognito Window in Google Chrome. In the Incognito Window, go to BioRender and log in. If this resolves the issue, clear your browser cache so you can log in without using Incognito Mode.

Ensure you’re on a stable and secure Internet connection. If you’re using a public network, switch to a secure network or try using a VPN. -
Check your firewall settings
If you’re on an institutional network, a firewall may block BioRender. Contact your IT team for assistance in allowing access.
