If you haven't received your email verification link after signing up for BioRender, there are several steps you can take to resolve the issue and verify your account.
Steps to troubleshoot
1. Check your spam or junk folder
Verification emails may sometimes be filtered into your spam or junk folder. Check these folders in your email account to see if the verification email was redirected there.
2. Resend the verification link
If you can’t find the email, try resending the verification link:
- Log in to your BioRender account.
- Look for the “Resend verification link” button at the bottom of the screen.
- Click the button to request a new verification email.
3. Add BioRender to your Safe Sender list
Depending on the architecture of your email Email(Outlook, Gmail...) the process for doing this may be different. Kindly confirm what email architecture is associated with your email, and Google the steps to include support@getbiorender.com in your Safe Sender List. This will help ensure our emails are sent to your email. Once you have done this, resend the verification link again.
4. Contact our Support team
If you still haven’t received the email or the link isn’t working, our support team can assist you.
