We understand how frustrating it can be to lose access to your BioRender account, especially when you can’t remember your password and no longer have access to the email address you used to sign up. If you've lost access, recovering access requires extra verification steps.
We’re here to help you take the next steps toward recovering your account.
How to recover access to your original account
- Try every password you can possibly remember, even older ones you may have used a while ago.
- Confirm that you no longer have access to the associated email address.
- If you’re locked out of your email, contact your former institution’s IT department to see if they can temporarily restore access.
- If you ever set up forwarding, check all inboxes, spam folders, and even archived messages for your password reset emails.
- Still stuck? Reach out to support@biorender.com by email and include any helpful details you remember about your account, such as project names, the name of your institution, or your last login. Our Support team will review your request and may require additional information to confirm your identity.
