Reset or change your password

This guide covers how to reset your password if you’re unable to log in or don't remember it, and how to change your password within your BioRender account. Follow these steps for a quick and secure solution.

Steps to reset your password

If you can’t log in or don’t remember your password, you can reset it in a few easy steps:

1. Go to the login page: Open BioRender’s Sign in page.

2. Enter your email address: Input the email associated with your BioRender account.

3. Click on 'Forgot password?' You will be directed to a new page where you can click "Continue".

4. Check your email: Look for an email from BioRender containing a 6-digit code. (remember to check your spam or junk folder if it doesn’t appear within a few minutes).

5. Once you enter the code, you will be redirected to a screen where you can enter and confirm a new password for your account.

Steps to change your password

If you are already logged in and would like to change your password:

1. Go to Profile Settings: On the top right of your gallery, select "Edit profile & settings" from the dropdown menu after clicking on your name.

2. Select Change Password: Click "Change password" to receive a password reset email.

3. Follow the instructions in the email: Click the link in the email to create a new password.

Troubleshooting password issues

If you encounter any issues while trying to reset or change your password, here are some steps to help:

Didn’t receive the email with the password reset link?

  • Check your spam or junk folders.
  • Ensure the email address entered is correct.
  • Try resending the request after a few minutes if needed.

Seeing a “Wrong email or password” message? 

  • Double-check for typos and ensure Caps Lock is turned off.

Still unable to access your account?

  • Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
  • Consider using a different browser or device.
