Steps to reset your password
If you can’t log in or don’t remember your password, you can reset it in a few easy steps:
1. Go to the login page:
Open BioRender’s login page.
2. Enter your email address:
Input the email associated with your BioRender account.
3. Click on Forgot password?:
You will be directed to a new page where you can click Continue.
4. Check your email:
Look for a password reset email from BioRender (remember to check your spam or junk folder if it doesn’t appear within a few minutes).
5. Follow the instructions in the email:
Click the link in the email to create a new password.
Steps to change your password
If you are already logged in and would like to change your password:
1. Go to Profile Settings:
On the top right of your gallery, select Edit profile & settings from the dropdown menu after clicking on your name.
2. Select Change Password:
Click Change password to open the password update pop-up window.
3. Enter a new password:
Type in your current password and your new password, then click Update.
