If your organization now has a BioRender license and you already have a personal BioRender account, follow the steps below to successfully move your account over. Then, follow your institutional-specific instructions for accessing your account, noting instructions differ by organization (i.e. this could be an email invitation, a portal link, or single-sign-on).
Step 1: Update your email to your institutional email
Before you request or sign up for organization access, update your account's email address to your institutional email. How to change or update your account email.
Alternative: if you'd rather keep both accounts, create a new account with your institutional email address. You can then transfer your important figures between the two accounts.
Note: your specific organization may require additional steps to authenticate. Check with your account administrator if you are unsure.
Step 2: Cancel your personal subscription (if you're a paying user)
