If your organization has enforced two-factor authentication (2FA), you’ll be prompted to set up an authenticator app the next time you log in. This adds an extra layer of protection to your account. The authenticator app will use a OTP (One time password) to assist you with your log in.
Here are the following authenticator applications you can download for your device:
- Auth0 Guardian (Google Play / App Store)
- Authy (Google Play / App Store)
- Google Authenticator (Google Play / App Store)
- Microsoft Authenticator (Google Play / App Store)
How to complete 2FA setup during login
- Log in using your username and password through your institution's portal link.
- On the "Set up two-factor authentication" page, scan the QR code using an authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator).
- If you have trouble scanning, you can click the 'Trouble scanning' link and manually enter the code into the authenticator app.
- In the app, a 6-digit code will appear. Enter this code into the field below the QR code.
- Click "Continue" to finish setup.
- You’ll now be logged in and 2FA will be required each time you sign in.
