Steps to change your email address

1. Access your account settings
   • Click your name in the top-right corner of the page.
   • Select "Edit profile and settings".
2. Navigate to the Profile tab
   • In the Profile tab, locate the "Email" field.
   • Enter your new email address.
3. Save changes
   • Click "Save Changes" in the upper-right corner of the page.
4. Verify your new email address
   • An email verification link will be sent to your new email address.
   • Open the email and click the verification link to confirm your new login information.

Troubleshooting email address changes

If you encounter an error when trying to update your email (let’s call it email A) to a new email (email B), it’s likely that email B is already associated with an existing account.

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Log in with email B
   • Try logging into the account associated with email B.
2. Forgot your password?
   • If you can’t remember the password for email B, reset the password and log in.
3. Change the email for email B account
   • Once logged in, update the email for the account associated with email B to a different email address (e.g., email C).
4. Update the email for email A account
   • Log back into the account associated with email A. You should now be able to update it to email B.
