How to update the name on your BioRender account

If you need to update the name on your BioRender account, you can request this change through Support. To protect your account, we verify ownership before making any updates.

How to update your profile name in BioRender

  1. Contact support@biorender.com and request a name change.
  2. In your message, include the reason for the name change (e.g., legal update, correction, preferred name).
  3. Make sure to send the request from the email currently associated with your BioRender account.
  4. Once ownership is verified, your profile name will be updated and you'll receive a confirmation.
