Change your subscription’s billing cycle

Managing your BioRender subscription is simple, and you have the flexibility to choose between monthly and annual billing cycles based on your needs.

If you need to change your subscription cycle, the following options are available:

  1. Switching from monthly to annual
  2. Annual to monthly
  3. Change your billing cycle for an upcoming subscription
  4. Reset your billing cycle

Switching from monthly to annual

Switching to annual billing can provide cost savings and uninterrupted access to premium features.

  1. Access account settings:
    • Click on your name in the top right corner.
    • Select "Edit profile & settings."
  2. Navigate to plan & billing:
    • On the left-hand side, click on "Plan & Billing."
  3. Switch billing cycle:
    • Click on "Switch billing cycle."
    • Follow the prompts to confirm the change.

Note: Your credit card on file will be automatically charged a prorated amount for the upgrade. If you need to update your credit card information before making this change, ensure your payment details are current.


Switching from annual to monthly

To change your billing cycle from annual to monthly, you can set your subscription to cancel at the end of its billing cycle. Once your account is downgraded, you can update your plan to a monthly subscription. Please note that a cancelation requested mid-cycle is effective for the end of the billing cycle.

If you want to update the billing cycle for your next subscription period, you can set your subscription to cancel at the end of its billing cycle. Resetting your billing cycle

Users who want to renew their subscription before their scheduled renewal date can reset their billing cycle.
