Managing your files efficiently includes the ability to delete files you no longer need. In BioRender, you can remove files from your Gallery in just a few clicks. Follow these steps to delete files permanently.
Steps to delete a file
- Locate the file – In your Gallery, find the file you wish to delete.
- Click on the three dots – In the corner of the file, select the 'three-dot menu'.
- Select ‘Delete’ – Click the 'Delete' option from the dropdown menu.
- Review the deletion note – Read the warning message carefully.
- Confirm deletion – If you wish to proceed, check the confirmation box.
- Permanently delete the file – Click ‘Delete File’ to remove the file permanently.

Important notes on deletion
Currently, multiple files cannot be deleted at once. Each file must be deleted individually.
- Deleting files is irreversible from the web application.
