Requesting a quote for a BioRender Premium license

If you’re interested in purchasing a BioRender Premium license for yourself, your lab, or your organization, we’re happy to provide a formal quote. This article outlines which license types are eligible for quotes and how to request one.

Please note that quotes are available for annual subscriptions only.

Available license types for quote requests

We can prepare a quote for the following annual licenses:

1 or more Academic Individual license(s)
1 or more Academic Lab license(s)
Any Industry license (individual or team)

Please note that we cannot provide quotes for monthly subscriptions.

How to request a quote

There are two ways you can request a quote

- Once you have filled out our quote form, your quote will be provided shortly after your submission. A member of our team will reach out with additional details if needed.
Alternatively, you can reach out to our support team with the following::
- Email us at support@biorender.com with the subject line: “Quote Request”.
- Include the following details in your email:
  - Full Name
  - Email Address
  - License type: Academic or Industry
  - Name of your Institution
  - Number of individuals the license is intended for
  - Preferred method of payment (Credit Card, Wire Transfer, Purchase Order)
