How to redeem a voucher code in BioRender

If you have received a promotional access or institutional trial code, you can unlock Premium access in BioRender. Follow the steps below to apply your Premium access.

1. Go to the BioRender login page and sign in to your account.

2. Navigate to your account settings by clicking on your profile icon in the top-right corner.

3. Select 'Edit Profile & Settings' from the dropdown menu. 

4. Select 'Plan & Billing'

5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the "Enter voucher code" section.

   

6. Enter your voucher code into the provided field

   

7. If the code is valid, your account will be upgraded based on the voucher terms (e.g., 30 days of Premium access).

8. You’ll see a confirmation of your new Premium status reflected in your billing section.

Example: After applying a 30-day voucher, your account will show a 30-day Premium plan activated under the billing section.

Frequently asked questions

Why does it say 'Invalid voucher code' ?

Double-check the code for typos. Voucher codes are case-sensitive. If the issue persists, contact BioRender Support.

Why don't I see the voucher field in my billing settings?

Make sure you're logged into the correct account and that you're accessing the billing page. The voucher field only appears on this page.

I entered a valid code, why am I still on the Free plan?

Refresh the billing page or log out and back in. If Premium access still isn’t activated, contact BioRender Support with the voucher code you used.
