Why payments may fail

BioRender attempts to process your payment up to four times before canceling your subscription. Common reasons for failed payments include:

• The issuing bank declined the transaction.

How to update your payment method

To ensure your next payment is successful:

1. Log in to your BioRender account.

2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select "My Profile & Settings."
