If you have an existing lab or team subscription, you can purchase additional seats in two ways:

Directly through your account using a credit card

With a Purchase Order (PO) for annual subscriptions
Purchasing additional seats with a credit card
Note: This option is available for customers with a credit card on file. To add a credit card, refer to this article. If you experience any issues, please contact our support team.
1. Click on your name in the top-right corner, then select "Admin".
2. Navigate to the Account Overview & Users page and click "Purchase more seats".
3. Select the desired number of seats and click "Purchase X seat(s)".
Your credit card on file will be charged automatically for the prorated amount plus applicable taxes. A receipt and invoice will be sent to your email after processing. You can then invite additional members to your team.
Purchasing additional seats with a purchase order (PO) (annual subscriptions only)

Follow steps 1 and 2 from the credit card purchase section above.

Select the desired number of seats, then choose one of the following options:

Download quote to preview the quote.

Send quote to confirm your request and receive a copy via email.

If you approve the quote and want to proceed, send your Purchase Order (PO) to AR@biorender.com to finalize the purchase.

Our team will add the seats to your lab and send the invoice to your institution for payment.

You will receive an email confirmation once the new seats are added.
If this feature is not available on your account

Email support@biorender.com with the number of seats you want to add, your BioRender account email, and your organization's name.

Our team will generate a quote for your purchasing team to create a Purchase Order (PO).

Once the PO is ready, send a copy to AR@biorender.com for processing.

As long as the PO contains all required information, we will process your order. If additional details are needed, we will contact you.

Please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Once complete, you will receive an email confirmation, and the invoice will be sent to your institution.
