If you already have an existing lab or team subscription, there are two ways you can purchase additional seats for your team.

Purchasing through your account with a credit card

*This process is possible for customers who initially purchased their subscription directly through the app. If you experience any issues, please contact our support team.

1. Click on your name on the top-right corner, then click Account.

2. Click Plan & Billing.

3. Under the Licenses section, click on Purchase more licenses.

4. Select the desired number of seats then click on Purchase licenses.

Your credit card on file will be charged automatically for the prorated amount for the additional seats. A receipt and invoice will be sent to your email after the order is processed. You can now invite additional members into your team.

Purchasing with a PO (for annual subscriptions only)

  1. Send us an email at [email protected] letting us know how many seats you'd like to add to your team. Don't forget to mention your BioRender account email, and your organization.

  2. We'll create a quote which can be used by your purchasing team to generate a Purchase Order (PO).

  3. Once the PO is ready, kindly send a copy to [email protected] for processing.

  4. As long as the PO has all the required information, we can process your order! If additional information is required, we’ll reach out to you.

    Kindly allow a turnaround time of 24-48 hours for order processing. After the PO is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from our team that the order is processed! At the same time, we’ll send the invoice for payment by your institution.
