Enterprise admins can control who can join their organization's BioRender workspace by setting up approved email domain restrictions. This helps ensure only users with trusted or internal domains (e.g., yourcompany.com) are allowed access, enhancing security and account integrity.
To manage which email domains are allowed to join your organization, please contact your assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM) with a list of domains you would like to allow joining your organization. Your CSM will confirm once the update is completed.
Note: Users must sign up or log in using an email address that matches one of the approved domains to join your organization.
