Inviting members to your organization by CSV upload helps streamline the process of adding multiple users efficiently. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to use the CSV upload feature to invite individuals in bulk.

What is a CSV file?
A comma-separated values (CSV) file is a plain text format used to store and exchange tabular data, such as a spreadsheet or database.
Steps to invite members via CSV upload
1. Create a CSV file
- Prepare a CSV file with the email addresses of the members you want to invite.
2. Access the admin panel
- Navigate to your Admin profile in the top-right corner of your BioRender page.
- Click on Account Overview & Users.
3. Select the Invite Members option
- Click on Invite Members.
- From the drop-down menu, select via Import.
4. Upload the CSV file
- Locate the CSV file you want to import.
- Select and upload the CSV file.

5. Send a custom message (optional)
- You can include a custom message that will be sent with the invite email.
6. Verify invites
- Once the invites are sent, the members will appear in the User Account list for your organization.
