Inviting members to your organization by CSV upload helps streamline the process of adding multiple users efficiently. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to use the CSV upload feature to invite individuals in bulk.

What is a CSV file?
A comma-separated values (CSV) file is a plain text format used to store and exchange tabular data, such as a spreadsheet or database.
Steps to invite members via CSV upload
1. Create a CSV file
Prepare a CSV file with the email addresses of the members you want to invite.
2. Access the admin panel
- Navigate to your Admin profile in the top-right corner of your BioRender page.
- Click on Account Overview & Users.
3. Select the Invite Members option
- Click on Invite Members.
- From the drop-down menu, select via Import.
4. Upload the CSV file
- Locate the CSV file you want to import.
- Select and upload the CSV file.

5. Send a custom message (optional)
You can include a custom message that will be sent with the invite email.
6. Verify invites
Once the invites are sent, the members will appear in the User Account list for your organization.
Troubleshooting
- Ensure the CSV file follows the correct format.
- Verify that all email addresses are correctly formatted.
- If an error occurs, check the file for missing or incorrect data.
