How to troubleshoot missing password reset emails in BioRender

  1. Check your spam or junk folder
    • Open your email inbox.
    • Search for emails from "support@getbiorender.com".
    • In Gmail, check the "Spam" and "Promotions" tabs.
    • In Outlook, check the "Junk Email" folder and "Other" tab under Focused Inbox.
  2. Ensure your email address is correct
    • Go to the BioRender login page and click "Forgot Password".
    • Carefully enter your registered BioRender email address.
    • Check for typos or use of a different work/personal email.
  3. Add BioRender to your safe sender list
    • In Gmail:
      • Go to Settings → See all settings → Filters and Blocked Addresses.
      • Create a new filter with "From: support@getbiorender.com".
