If you're unable to see the Submit or Payment button while subscribing or renewing your BioRender plan, it’s likely due to your screen size or zoom settings. This quick guide will help you fix the issue.
Common reasons the payment button is hidden
1. Screen size too small
If your screen or browser window is too narrow, the right-hand section of the payment screen—where the submit button appears—may be hidden.
Solution:

Try enlarging your browser window

On smaller devices, try switching to a larger screen (desktop/laptop)
2. Zoom level too high
Your browser’s zoom level might be too large, cutting off the right-hand portion of the checkout page.
Solution:

This will zoom out, revealing the full page including the submit button
