How to purchase a BioRender subscription from a quote

Once a quote is approved for purchase, you can complete the transaction using a credit card or a purchase order (PO), if eligible.

Purchasing with a credit card

You can pay by credit card for your own account or on behalf of an end-user. To upgrade your account, refer to our article Upgrading your BioRender account.

To purchase on behalf of an end-user, please contact BioRender Support via chat or email at support@biorender.com with the following details:

• Quote number
• End-user's name and BioRender email (user must have an existing account or create one before activation)
• Billing and shipping address
• Any relevant information needed on the invoice
• Tax exemption certificate (if applicable)

Once we receive these details:

1. We will send an invoice and a secure payment link.
2. After the payment is completed, please contact BioRender Support to activate the end-user's license.

Purchasing with a purchase order (PO)

If your institution allows PO transactions, follow these steps:

1. Complete your purchase order (PO) with your institution.
2. Send a copy of the PO to AR@biorender.com, along with your tax exemption certificate (if applicable).
3. Our finance team will process your order.
