To access your BioRender account, follow these simple steps:
1. Open an internet browser on your computer or laptop. BioRender is optimized to operate on the most updated version of Google Chrome.
2. Go to the BioRender app: <https://app.biorender.com/user/signin>
Another option for logging in is through our Landing Page. Simply navigate to the top menu of the page and click on "Sign In."
3. Enter your login credentials. These include your unique combination of an email address and a password that you used when registering for your BioRender account. Note: BioRender accounts are for individual use only. Do not share your login credentials.
Common issues
Forgot your password?
- Reset your password directly:
- Click on “Forgot password?” on the login screen.
- Follow the prompts to receive a reset email.
Incorrect email or password:
- Ensure there are no typos in your email or password.
- Please check if you have any variations of your institutional email or an alternative email addresses that you may have used when registering for BioRender.
Blocked account
If your account has been blocked due to multiple incorrect password attempts, you have a couple of quick and easy options to regain access:

Unblock via Email
- When your account gets blocked, we’ll send you an email with a link to unblock it. Simply click UNBLOCK in the email, and you’ll be able to log back into your account.

Resetting Your Password
- If you'd prefer to reset your password, just click here to initiate the password reset process. You can also find the "Reset Password" option on the login screen. 🔒
