Setting up your new BioRender account (organization purchased license)

Welcome to BioRender!

If your institution or organization has purchased a BioRender license for you via credit card or purchase order, follow the steps below to set up your account quickly and smoothly.

Understanding the setup process

When your organization provides your details to our Accounts Receivable (AR) team, your BioRender account setup follows one of two scenarios:

1. You already have a BioRender account

  •  If you already have an account with the provided email address, your new subscription will be automatically applied.
  • No further action is needed.

2. You do not have a BioRender account yet

  • A placeholder account is created for you, but it remains inactive until you complete the sign-up process.

Steps to complete your account setup

1. Check your email

You should have received an email from BioRender with instructions on how to complete your account setup.

  • Didn’t receive the email? Check your spam or junk folder.
  • If you still can't find it, contact our support team.

2. Complete the sign-up process

  • Go to the BioRender Sign-In Page.
  • Enter the email address provided to our AR team.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed.

3. Create a new password

Since your account is new and incomplete, you must create a password during sign-up. Do not attempt to reset your password.

  • Choose a strong and secure password in the provided fields.
  • Confirm your password to proceed.

4. Complete your profile

Fill out any additional required information to finalize your BioRender profile.

  • If you still can’t find it, contact our support team for assistance.

Trouble creating a password?

  • Ensure you are creating a new password, not trying to reset an existing one.
  • Follow the password setup steps carefully.
