Congratulations on your upcoming publication! If your Publisher has a license with BioRender that provides temporary Premium access to your BioRender account, allowing you to create and edit figures throughout the review process.
Please note: Only authors of manuscripts within select journals may be eligible for this license.
Accessing the your journal's license with an existing BioRender account
To apply your manuscript number (or unique identifier) and activate the your journal's license:
1. Log into your BioRender account using the portal link provided by your editor.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of your Profile under Edit Profile & Settings and locate "Journal Settings".
3. Toggle "Use workspace with style guide restrictions for journals" to "On".
4. Enter your manuscript number into the input box below the toggle and click "Add".
Accessing your Publisher's license without an existing BioRender account
If you do not have a BioRender account, follow these steps:
- Use the link provided by your editor to create a BioRender account.
- Enter your manuscript number when prompted during the account creation process.

- Ensure you are using the correct portal link provided by your editor.
- Double-check that your manuscript number is entered correctly.
