When you create an account with BioRender, verifying your email address ensures account security. It is best practice to verify your email address.
How to verify your email
1. Upon sign up, you will be asked to verify your email.
- Check your inbox and open the email. If you do not see it, also check your junk/spam folder.
Here is an example of the verification email:
2. Add the verification number you received from your email into the "Verify Your Identity" box.
3. Resend the verification email (if needed)
- If you did not receive the verification email, log in to your BioRender account.
- At the bottom of the screen, click on "Resend code" to request a new email.
If you have not verified your email address after logging in, you will receive a pop-up notification about an email verification code at the bottom right corner of your screen.
Click on "send verification code" and follow the steps above to complete your email verification.
Troubleshooting
Did not receive the email?
- Check your junk/spam folder.
- Ensure you entered the correct email during sign-up.
Verification link expired or not working?
- Request a new link by clicking "Resend verification code" in your account.
- If the issue persists, contact our support team.
Trouble exporting a publication license?
- If you are having trouble downloading your publication license, you may need to verify your email address in order to proceed.
- Once you have verified your email address, attempt to download the license once again.
