Troubleshooting common issues
Why isnβt my file exporting with a transparent background?
If you have a Premium subscription but still see a grey or black background:
- Check how you're opening the file. Opening it directly in apps like PowerPoint or from your downloads folder might display a temporary dark background.
- This doesnβt mean the file isnβt transparent. Try inserting the image into a program (e.g., PowerPoint) using the Insert Picture function instead of opening it directly.
Why doesn't copy-pasting into another program maintain transparency?
Copying and pasting may remove the transparent background.
- Instead, upload the image or use the Insert Picture option in the app you're using (e.g., PowerPoint).
