We provide 14-day free trials for all our Premium Plans, giving you the opportunity to explore a range of features; including high-resolution export with transparent background, unlimited illustrations and objects on your canvas, no watermark, among others. The free trial is followed with an auto-upgrade to a premium plan.

⚠️ Please note that custom icon requests and publishing rights are not included in the free trial.

Starting a free trial

Create a BioRender account and you can sign up for a free trial from your Gallery

1. From the blue banner, click Upgrade.  

or navigate to your Plan & Billing tab and Select Get a 14-day free trial.

4. Select Free Trial and your billing cycle and click Continue to payment.

5. Enter in your payment details and click Start free trial. You can start using Premium features immediately!

Frequently asked questions

  • Can I cancel a free trial without being charged a Fee?

During the 14-day free trial period, you have the flexibility to downgrade to the Basic plan without incurring any charges and you can cancel at any time that suits you best.

  • Do I need a coupon code to apply for the free trial?

Rest assured, there is no need for a coupon code. The only required information is a credit card.

  • What happens if I forget to cancel my Free Trial and I subscribe to a premium plan by accident?

If you forget to cancel your subscription in the first month of the annual billing period or the first week of the monthly billing period, you are able to receive a full refund of the renewal. If you have missed requesting a refund within these timelines or premium features have been used (downloading a publication license), you will not be eligible for a refund.   • What if I signed up for the wrong subscription or want to change the billing period cycle?

We want to ensure that your account holds the correct and intended status. If you have subscribed to the wrong plan or billing cycle please contact us via live chat in the app using the button at the bottom right of the screen, or email support at support@biorender.com and we can assist with the adjustment.
