As an administrator, you can make the BioRender PowerPoint add-in accessible to users within your organization by following these steps:
Accessing Microsoft AppSource

Log in to Microsoft AppSource:

Use your AppSource admin credentials to sign in.

Search for the BioRender add-in:

Enter BioRender in the search bar to locate the add-in.

Deploying the BioRender add-in to users

Initiate deployment:

Click Get it now to begin the deployment process.

Customize deployment settings:

Decide whether to assign the add-in to your entire organization or to specific users or groups.

Proceed with deployment:

Click Next and grant the necessary permissions when prompted.

Review and finalize:

Review the list of users who will have access to the add-in.

Click Finish deployment to complete the process.

Verifying installation in PowerPoint

Open PowerPoint:

Launch PowerPoint or PowerPoint Online.

Upon first use, you'll be prompted with the add-in's License Terms, Privacy Policy, and Permissions.
