How to request additional seats for your organization

If you need more seats for your organization’s license, you can request additional seats directly through BioRender Admin panel. 

Steps to request additional seats

1. Click on your profile in the top-right corner of the BioRender webpage.

2. Select "Admin".

3. Navigate to Account Overview & Users.

4. Click on "Request More Seats".

5. Select the number of additional seats you need. The estimated cost will automatically adjust.

6. Choose one of the following options:

• Download Your Quote
• Send Your Quote to Your Customer Success Manager

Once submitted, your request will be processed, and additional seats will be added to your license accordingly.
