Note: all icons requested through the custom icon request form are added to our public library by default for all BioRender users to access and use in their illustrations.

Here is a breakdown of how many icons you can request per billing cycle based on your plan.

* Private Icon Requests: Exclusive access to an icon, with an additional charge based on our standard professional service rate. Please mention a request for a private icon in the description of your initial custom icon request or email creative@biorender.com. Fulfillment is based on production capacity.

** Turnaround Time: Please note, the default time frame is 25-30 business days. However, you will have the option to choose an expedited 10-13 business day delivery.
