In BioRender, users can have different roles within a group. Admins will have additional privileges compared to Members.
Group admin role
- The Group Admin role is automatically assigned to the creator of the group.
- It is recommended to assign a Principal Investigator (PI), Lab Manager, or team leader as the Admin.
Admin privileges
Group Admins have the ability to:
- Assign Admin status to other team members.
- Add and remove team members from the group.
