How to search for answers in our Help Center
The search bar is the quickest way to get answers. It is important to note, our search bar does not raise a ticket with our support team, but will bring up the articles you need to help guide you through any questions you might have.
- Enter keywords related to your question (e.g., “Locate Invoice” or “Billing”, “Academic Subscription”.
- Use short, direct terms instead of full sentences for better results.
- Review suggested articles as you type as these often point to the right guide immediately.
Select the most relevant result to begin troubleshooting.
How to browse sections and find topics
If you prefer exploring our Help Center instead, it is organized into sections (Introduction to BioRender, Account settings) and subsections (like Setting Up Your Account, Profile & Settings)
Use this when you’re new and want to learn broadly.
- Subsections will also help you dive deeper into specific topics.
- Promoted articles (the ones with the purple dot) highlight the most frequently used or highlighted article by our Help Center Team.
What you will find inside each article
Every article is designed to be clear and actionable making it easy to find the information you need:

- Alternatively, you can fill out the Submit a Request form to contact our Support team directly.
- Be sure to include whether you’re an admin or science communicator, so we can provide the most relevant help.
