Your invoice history is accessible through your Plan & Billing tab in BioRender. A copy of your invoice is automatically emailed at the beginning of each billing cycle. If you haven't received it, we can assist you in retrieving it and updating your billing details if needed.
- Important: If you're on a Lab or Team license, you must be an Admin or billing contact to access past invoices.
- The Plan & Billing tab is only available with an active subscription. If your subscription has been canceled, please contact us for invoice access.
Viewing and downloading previous invoices
To locate and download past invoices:
- Click on your name in the top-right corner.
- Select "Edit Profile & Settings" from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the "Plan & Billing tab" (only available for active subscriptions).
- Under Invoice History, find the invoice you need and click the PDF link to download it.
- The invoice will be saved in your Downloads folder.
Accessing your receipts
Receipts are available through your invoices. To access them:
- Go to the "Plan & Billing" tab.
- Download the corresponding PDF invoice.
- Open the invoice and select "Pay Online".
- A new invoice page will open in your browser—download the receipt from there.
Updating invoice or receipt details
If you need to update or add details to your invoice or receipt, contact our support team with the following information:

- The detail(s) you need to add or update.
- Your invoice number.
Note: We understand that some institutions have specific invoicing requirements. However, Student subscriptions are not eligible for reimbursement by an institution or coverage by another individual. While we do our best to accommodate requests, invoice or receipt updates to align with institutional requirements are typically not approved. If you have any concerns, please reach out to Support.
