Monitoring seats in your BioRender organization helps you stay on top of license usage, track available seats, and understand member activity. It ensures you’re making the most of your license while keeping access organized and efficient.
As an administrator, regularly reviewing seat allocation allows you to manage team access, identify inactive or pending members, and plan for future seat needs.
How to view seat count and member status
- Click your profile icon and select admin.
- Go to account overview & users.
- Review your seat data:
- Registered: Members who accepted the invite and logged in.
- Pending: Members invited but not yet active.
- Available: Open seats remaining in your license.
How to organize members
Your member list is automatically sorted A-Z. Pending invitations appear at the top. You can also sort the list by:
- Name
- Role
- Status
Troubleshooting
- Pending invites still showing? Resend the invite as a reminder.
- Seat count seems incorrect? Refresh the page or revisit later after member status updates.
