Brand Kits allow your organization’s custom color palettes, fonts, and logos to be integrated directly into BioRender. This ensures that all your scientific visuals align with your company or institution’s brand guidelines.
What are Brand Kits?
Brand Kits are a centralized way for your organization to apply consistent branding across all visuals. Fonts, color palettes, and logos configured by your admin are available directly in the BioRender editor.
Who can use Brand Kits?
Only users on the Industry Enterprise or Academic Institutional plan can access Brand Kits. Additionally, only license admins can set up or modify a Brand Kit.
If you don’t see your organization’s brand kit, contact your license admin. You may also share this guide with them: Setting up Brand Kits: Align your organization’s visual identity in BioRender
Benefits of using Brand Kits
- Consistent visuals: Maintain on-brand presentations with your default fonts, color palette, and logos.
- Streamlined workflow: Apply branding directly in the BioRender canvas—no need for external tools or manual color selection.
How to set up a Brand Kit:
Only license admins can create and manage a Brand Kit.
- Go to your Organization Settings.
- Select the Brand Kit tab.
- Upload your logos, fonts and add your organization’s color codes.
- Save the configuration.
đź’ˇ Note: Admins can add up to 6 organization logos (JPG, PNG, or SVG). Organizations that already have logos configured in their org icon category will need to re-add their logos to the Brand Kit to continue finding them in the icon library. Existing files will not be affected.
If you're not a license admin, share this article with your admin to assist with setup.
