Grid Lines

In order to view the grid overlay:

  2. Click the "+" or "-" buttons to increase or decrease size of grid
  3. Align objects using the grid paper

Guidelines

  2. Once the ruler is visible on the canvas, click on the ruler to lay down guidelines

3. To remove guidelines, right click on the guideline and select delete guideline

Enable Alignment Feature

  1. Click View from the top toolbar on your canvas
  2. Select "Enable Alignment"

  3. When moving objects, you will see purple lines showing distance between objects and red lines for alignment.

Note: The alignment feature is auto-disabled when the guidelines are in use. If you want to ensure the alignment feature is enabled, you will have to turn off/hide your guidelines.

Align/Distribute Tool

To align objects horizontally or vertically:

  1. Select all objects/icons you would like to align
  2. Click Align from the top toolbar on your canvas page
  3. Select how you would like to align objects

To adjust spacing between objects evenly:

  1. Select the collection of objects you wish to adjust by either:
    a) Clicking and dragging across objects to select them, or
    b) Holding Shift and click on each object to add it to the selection.
  2. Select one of the Distribute functions (center vertical, center horizontal, edge vertical, edge horizontal).
