Using bulleted and numbered lists is a great way to organize content and improve clarity in your BioRender textboxes.
You can find the bulleted and numbered list section in the side panel next to your canvas.
How to create bulleted lists
- Select the textbox where you want to add the list.
- Choose one of the following options:
- Type - followed by a space to start a bullet.
- Use the bullet list icon in the properties panel located in the side panel next to your canvas.
- Press Enter on your keyboard to begin a new line for each bullet.
- Press Tab to create a new level of indentation.
How to create numbered lists
- Select the textbox where you want to add the list.
- Choose one of the following options:
- Type 1. followed by a space to start the numbered list.
- Use the numbered list icon in the properties panel.
- Press Enter for each new line.
- Press Tab to create sub-levels within your numbered list.
Troubleshooting
List formatting not working?
- Ensure your textbox is selected.
- Make sure youβre typing directly within the textbox and not inside a grouped or locked object.
- Try refreshing the browser if formatting tools are not responsive.
