Locating your seat data and seat count

As an administrator of an organization, you can easily monitor and manage the seats allocated within your organization’s license. 

How to locate your seat data

1. Click on your "profile" in the top-right corner of your BioRender webpage.
2. Select "Admin"
3. Navigate to "Account Overview & Users".

Understanding seat count

Within the Account Overview & Users section, you’ll see:

• Registered Seats: Members who have logged in since being invited.
• Pending Seats: Members who have been invited but have not yet logged in.
• Available Seats: The total number of unfilled seats within your license.
