Welcome to BioRender! If your institution or organization has purchased a license for you by credit card or purchase order, follow the steps below to set up your account.
Understanding the setup process
When your organization purchases a BioRender license and provides your details to our Accounts Receivable team, two scenarios are possible:

Existing BioRender Account: If you already have a BioRender account with the provided email address, your new subscription will be automatically applied. No further action is needed.
- No Existing BioRender Account: If you do not have a BioRender account yet, a placeholder account will be created for you. This account is not fully active until you complete the sign-up process.
Steps to complete the sign up process
- Check your email: You should have received an email from BioRender with directions on how to complete your account setup.
- Complete the signup process: Follow the sign up process by entering the email address provided to our AR team on our sign in page.

Create a new password:
- Do not attempt to reset your password. Since the account is new and incomplete, you need to create a password when signing up.
- Enter a strong and secure password of your choice in the provided fields.
- Complete your profile: Fill out any additional information required to complete your BioRender profile.
Common issues and solutions
- Didn't Receive an Email?: Check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find the email, contact our support team.
- Trouble Creating a Password?: Ensure you are creating a new password, not trying to reset an existing one.
