A copy of your invoice will be emailed to you at the beginning of each billing cycle. If you have not received a copy of your invoice, please email support@biorender.com and we will get you a copy for your records. We will also investigate why you may have not received your invoice and adjust your billing details if necessary. If you’re on a lab or team license, you must be the Admin or billing contact to access past invoices.

Please note: the Plan & Billing tab is only available if you have an active subscription. Once you have cancelled your subscription, this will not be available to you and we ask that you please reach out to us to access your invoice history.

Viewing and downloading previous invoices

1. Click on your name in the top-right corner.

2. Then select Edit Profile & Settings from the drop-down.

3. Click on the Plan & Billing tab (only available with active subscription).

4. Under Invoice History, find the invoice you’re looking for and click the PDF link to download a copy. Your invoice will be saved to your Downloads folder.

Accessing your receipts

Receipts can be found through your invoice. To access a receipt please follow the below steps:

  1. Navigate to the Plan & Billing tab.

  2. Download the corresponding PDF invoice

  3. Open the corresponding invoice and Select "Pay Online".

  4. Download the receipt from the new invoice page that pops up in your browser.
