As the administrator of your organization, you can efficiently manage and monitor the seats allocated within your license. Let's delve into key features that enable you to navigate this process smoothly.
Locating your seat data and seat count
- Click on your profile in the top right corner of your BioRender webpage.
- Select "Admin."
- Navigate to "Account Overview & Users."
Seat count:
- Registered: Members who have logged in since being invited.
- Pending: Members that have been invited, but have not logged in on your license yet.
- Available: The total number of seats that are not filled.
Seat organization
Your member list will automatically be organized alphabetically from A-Z. If there are any invites pending they will be shown at the top of the list. You can also organize your member list by clicking any of the below fields:
Downloading member documentation
You also have the option to download a .CSV file containing detailed documentation of all active or deactivated members.
Example:
Requesting additional seats
- Click on your profile in the top right corner of your BioRender webpage.
- Select "Admin."
- Navigate to "Account Overview & Users."
- Click on "Request more seats."

Select the number of additional seats you would like to add to your license. The number of seats you are requesting will automatically adjust your estimated cost.

You can then Download your Quote, or send your Quote to your Customer Success Manager.
Change role, remove a member or deactivate multiple members in your organization
Select multiple members from your members list, and apply the following actions to all the members with one click:
- Change the role of multiple members in your organization by using the role drop-down menu where you can change their status to either “Admin”, or “Member”
- Remove members from the license
- Deactivate a member from your organization

Select an account from your member list, and apply the following actions with one click:
- Change the role of a single member of your organization by using the role drop-down menu where you can change their status to either “Admin”, or “Member”
- Remove a member from the license
- Deactivate a member from your organization
