If you already have an existing lab or team subscription, there are two ways you can purchase additional seats for your team.
- Purchasing directly through your account with a credit card
- Purchasing with a PO (for annual subscriptions only)

Purchasing through your account with a credit card
*This process is possible for customers who have a credit card on file. To add a credit card to your account, refer to this article. If you experience any issues, please contact our support team.
1. Click on your name in the top-right corner, then click Admin.
2. You can purchase additional seats on either the Account Overview & Users page by clicking on Purchase more seats.
3. Select the desired number of seats then click on Purchase X seat/s.
Your credit card on file will be charged automatically for the prorated amount for the additional seats + applicable taxes. A receipt and invoice will be sent to your email after the order is processed. You can now invite additional members to your team.
Purchasing with a PO (for annual subscriptions only)
- Follow steps 1 and 2 above.
- Select the desired number of seats, then click on Download quote (to preview the quote) or Send quote (to confirm the request and send a copy of the quote to your email).
- If you're happy with the quote and you'd like to accept the order, send your Purchase Order to AR@biorender.com to finalize the purchase. We will add the seats to your lab and send the invoice to your institution for payment.
- Our team will send you an email to confirm when the new seats are added.
If this feature is not available on your account, please follow these steps:
- Send us an email at support@biorender.com letting us know how many seats you'd like to add to your team. Don't forget to mention your BioRender account email and your organization's name.
- We'll create a quote which can be used by your purchasing team to generate a Purchase Order (PO).
- Once the PO is ready, kindly send a copy to AR@biorender.com for processing.
- As long as the PO has all the required information, we can process your order! If additional information is required, we’ll reach out to you.
Kindly allow a turnaround time of 24-48 hours for order processing. After the PO is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from our team that the order is processed! At the same time, we’ll send the invoice for payment to your institution.
