This article will guide you through the process of creating a new graph file, adding a dataset, and entering your own data into BioRender Graph. This is the first step in visualizing and analyzing your experimental results.
Creating a new Graph file
- Navigate to the BioRender Gallery.
- Click "Create new" and select "Graph".
Adding a dataset
Once your file is created, you’ll be prompted to add a new dataset.
- Choose from the available dataset options to match your experiment type
- Each option displays the compatible graph types and statistical analyses it supports
- Your selected dataset will be automatically pre-filled with sample data to help you get started
You can choose to enter your data manually or upload a spreadsheet using our Smart Data Import option.
Entering your own data
- To input your own data, first delete the sample data (select all, then delete).
- Copy and paste your data into the dataset.
