Setting up a new file
-
In the BioRender Gallery (app.biorender.com), click “Create new” and select Graph.
-
If this is your first time creating a new Graph file, you may be required to fill out a quick intro survey. This is to help us get to know how you normally use graphing software and visualize data and will only show up once.
-
Once you’ve created your file, you’ll be prompted to add a new dataset. You can click through the different options to see what graphs and statistical analyses can be created with each experiment type.
-
Your new dataset will be populated with sample data. To add in your own data, delete the sample data (select all then delete) then copy and paste your data. *We currently do not have an import function.*
-
See this article for help with formatting your raw data.
