Utilize CSV upload so you can streamline the process of inviting individuals to your organization. This guide will walk you through the steps for efficiently inviting individuals in bulk.
A comma-separated values (CSV) file format is a plain text format used to store and exchange tabular data, like a spreadsheet or a database.
Create a CSV file with the desired member's email details.
Navigate to your Admin profile in the top right corner of your BioRender page. Go to "Account Overview & Users."
Click on “Invite Members” and from the drop-down, select “via Import”.
Locate the CSV file you would like to import.
Select the CSV file you would like to import.

Upload your CSV File.
You will then have an option to send a custom message along with the invites. This will be included in the email invite.
After the invites have been sent, members will now show in the User Account list for your Organization.
