Here are the ways you can purchase your subscription:

If paying by credit card for your own account
You can purchase the desired subscription directly from your account. Kindly refer to our article on how to upgrade your account.
If paying by credit card on behalf of an end-user
If you are paying on behalf of the end-user, kindly reach out to BioRender Support via chat (blue chat bubble at the bottom right of any BioRender page) or email at [email protected] with the following information:
Quote number with the name and BioRender email of the end-user
The billing and shipping address
Any relevant information needed on the invoice
Please note, the primary license holder has to have a BioRender account, or create one, before the Premium upgrade can take place.
Once we receive the required information, we’ll reach out to you with an invoice and a payment link by credit card. You can enter your card information through the secure portal link that we will provide.
After payment is made, let us know and we can activate the end-user’s license.
If a Purchase Order (PO) will be provided
Once the PO is ready, kindly send a copy to [email protected] along with your tax exemption certificate, if applicable. Our support team will process the PO. Visit this page to learn more about how to purchase via a PO.
