Starting Your BioRender Subscription Early

Want to skip over the free trial and start your subscription early? You've come to the right place!

Here are two ways you can end your 14-day Free Trial early to start your subscription and begin your full Premium access:

2. Export a Publication License

Upgrade your account through Plan & Billing

To start your subscription early, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on your name in the top-right corner

  2. Click Edit profile & settings from the drop-down menu

  3. Click Plan & Billing under Admin on the left column

  4. Click Start Plan Now, a green link found in a light blue box under Your Plan

  5. In the pop-up window, click Start Plan Now. This action will confirm the end of your trial period, charge the default credit card on file, and activate the subscription type and billing cycle selected when starting a Free Trial.

Export an illustration with a Publication License

You can also start your subscription early by downloading a publication license.

When exporting on a Trial and attempting to download a publication license, a pop-up window will appear stating that publication licenses aren't available to download during the Free Trial.

To start your subscription early, follow these steps within the pop-up window:

  1. Check the box next to "I would like a publication license with this export” in the light blue section titled Publication Permissions and click the Export button at the bottom of the pop-up window.

  2. Click on Start Plan Now on the second page.

  3. Click on Start Plan Now on the third page.

After the second Start Plan Now confirmation, the app will process your payment method on file, and your subscription will be activated.
