If you have not yet received an invoice for the cycle in question, please take a look at our cancellation guide. If you have received said invoice, bioRender requires you complete the below steps in order to process your request regardless of circumstance.

Submitting a request

In order to submit a refund request, you must complete the full refund request process in our messenger (as seen below). We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24-72 hours.


What to expect

If your request is approved, your subscription will end immediately upon approval. You will receive an email detailing your case and termination of premium access.

If your payment was already made, you can expect to see your refund in 6-10 business days. If you do not see the refund after the 10 business days, please reach out to us again through the messenger via the Something's not working button in the messenger.
