Can I change my billing cycle if I purchased the wrong one by accident?
If you have purchased the wrong billing cycle please reach out to our support team and we can resolve the issue for you.
Where can I publish my illustrations on this subscription?
On our paid academic subscriptions, you can publish BioRender figures in journals, and also use figures for educational purposes. This includes conference talks, lectures, academic websites, and lab websites.
Can I publish in a Textbook or book chapter with the Postdoc subscription?
Textbook publications will require an upgrade to the Academic Individual Monthly or Annual plan, Postdoc plans cannot be used for textbooks.
Can I get reimbursed or have my subscription covered by my institution?
As our Postdoc subscriptions are heavily discounted, it is meant to be for Postdocs who are purchasing out of pocket. This subscription is not eligible for reimbursement by your institution. If you are seeking reimbursement for your BioRender Subscription, we would like to direct you to our Academic Individual Plan.
