Our payment screen can sometimes hide the submit option if the screen isn't large enough. Here's a screenshot of the hidden submit option:

If you enlarge your window size, the right side of the screen should expand and show you the submit option.

If you still can't see it, try using Ctrl-(-) command to zoom out.
