This issue usually occurs if the illustration was sent to the incorrect email address. To solve this problem, please ensure:

  • The illustration was sent to the email linked to your BioRender account

  • You are logged into the correct account

  • The illustration was sent using these instructions

If you have followed all these steps and are still unable to view the illustration, please contact our support team via [email protected] or the chat box in the bottom right corner.
